GREENWORLD International Business Enterprise Pvt Ltd is a leading IT solutions provider and it’s sub division named GIITS (GREENWORLD International Information Technology Services) seeking a skilled and motivated District Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a designated districts. Your primary focus will be on IT sales, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and promoting our products and services in the assigned territory. 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned districts.
2. Hire, lead, motivate and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to drive productivity and achieve sales objectives.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying their needs and offering appropriate IT solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for business growth.
5. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
6. Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines, maintaining high ethical standards in all business dealings.
8. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and IT product offerings to effectively communicate and promote our solutions to customers.
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
10. Actively participate in the sale of GREENWORLD Projects, software, franchise and the coordination of customers.
11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and a customer-centric sales culture within the district.
12. Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their sales skills and achieve individual and team targets.
13. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
1. Proven 3+ year of working experience in Insurance or Banking Sector
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
3. Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
4. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
5. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with clients effectively.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
9. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of accountability.
10. Ability to travel within the assigned district and occasionally nationally or internationally as required.
Business Development Managers in Life Insurance, Banking Sector (Credit cards, FD’s, Loan), Franchise sales & marketing and medical representatives are highly preferred.
